We strive to provide the best technical support possible. Sometimes
a phone conversation is not enough to resolve your problem. If you
are in the Houma area or are willing to bring your computer to our
Houma office, you can come by with your computer and we will try
to repair it/set it up at no charge to you. (Note: We
do not service computers in general. Only bring your computer
in if the problem directly impairs your ability to connect to or
use the Internet, i.e. modem not working.) Please call tech support
first to arrange an appointment. It may be best if you have other
plans while visiting us because repair time can take anywhere from
a few minutes to a few hours.
